THE MISSION OF MARKAZ ABI-ZAID TAHFEEZUL QURANIL KAREEM

To produce Huffaaz, memorizers of the Glorious Qur’an among the Muslim children with
the hope of planting fear of Allaah in their heart for better generation.

This Khalaqaat will ensure that pupils are able to Hifz (Memorize) Part (Ajzaa), Half
(Nisf), or Full (Kaamil) Qur’an with the best Tilaawa and Tajweed.

KHALAQAAT TIMES:

Markaz Abi-Zaid Tahfeezul Quran Khalaqaat is for both Boys and Girls.
Sundays to Thursdays after ASR salaat (3:30pm) to 5:30pm at Old Nkusukum Masjid.
The Khalaqaat is usually closed during Islamic Festivals (Eidul-fitr and Adha) and dates
would be communicated to parents and / guardians as and when applicable.

ADMISSION:
Admissions are opened to all Muslim children in and around Mankessim and admission
form must be completed for the enrolments.

DRESSING CODE:

Boys: White Jalbab.

Girls: Abaaya of any color with a White Veil.

FEES:
Fees are payable as follows:
Admission: GH¢10.00 per child (Non-refundable).
Every day: GH¢1.00 daily per child.
RULES AND REGULATIONS:
Fees:
 Parent are entreated to do well and pay their ward’s fees regularly because owing
student will not be allowed.

Absenteeism:
 A note or phone call is required for any absence.

 Written notification is required for any pupil that wishes to leave Khalaqaat lesson.

OTHER PARENTAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Parents must ensure that their children are brought and collected on time.

 Parents must ensure that cleanliness is maintained (i.e. uniform, veil, nails, etc.)

 Parents are advised to attend all parents’ meetings.
