Motorola HTN9000D Replacement Charger Base repair

I have repaired a walkie talkie charger like this before and you can read about it here.

Today I had the opportunity to repair a damaged walkie talkie charger made by: Motorola, Model:
HTN9000D

For a good charger, when turned on, the green light will be on for a while & off.

When the walkie talkie is connected to the charger, the red light will be on & once the battery is fully
charged, the red light will turn green.

The problem with this charger when it was referred to me was that there was no green light on when it
was turned on. After opening and checking, only the fuse is broken as in the picture below.

After replacing the fuse, the charger is now back to normal.

Yesterday I was referred to another Motorola walkie talkie charger, Model: HTN9000D with the problem
of not charging despite being supplied with electricity using an 18v adapter (transformer).
