- The meeting started at 3:30 pm at Grade-9 Venus Classroom

b. Members and Officers Roles and Responsibilities
 
Gathering of ideas/comments/suggestions

- Every grade level in the Secondary Department should have a schedule for litter picking
within the high school premises
- Science Club Officers must maintain the cleanliness of the ground
- The YES O officers must maintain the segregation of litters in the trash box
- Collect bottles before the quarterly exam
