facilities in Nagpur (Maharashtra)
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Experience in Product Design & Development, Sub systems and components (Complete Surfacing /
Metal Structures / Mechanisms / Plastics / Trims and Foams).
• Knowledge of various phases of Product Development Cycle.
• Working Proficiency in Creo 4.0 /6.0 (Part modelling, Surface modelling, Drafting and Simulate) with
good knowledge of CAD Methodologies and Best practices.
• Exposure to Data management using PLM tools Windchill.
• Knowledge Creo Simulate will have added advantage (Finite Element Analysis).
• Should be aware of tooling feasibility checks of Plastics and / or Sheetmetal part through CAD
software.
• Knowledge about Plastic molding processes / Sheetmetal manufacturing processes.
• Manage new product development activities to meet quality, timeline, cost & weight target.
• Initiate & execute Engineering Change Requests.
• Exposure to processes like DFMEA, DFMA etc.
• Should have experience in Tolerance Stack-up analysis and GD&T.
• Knowledge about BIFMA standards and Ergonomics will be added advantage.
Work Experience and Skills
• 3 - 6 in Design & Development of Plastic and Sheet-Metal products.
• Exposure in working with international clients.
Competencies:
• Proficient in Creo required (Surfacing).
• Proficient in PLM (Windchill) required.
• Should have Knowledge about Tolerance Stack-up analysis and GD&T.
Educational Qualification:

B.E. / B. Tech - Mechanical or Production
