Author Agreement

This Author Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into between [Vinoth Kumar G] (the
"Publisher") and the author(s) of the article (the "Author"), who is/are contributing to the journal
[Insert Journal Name] (the "Journal") published by the Publisher.

1. The Author warrants and represents that:

(i) he/she is the sole author and owner of the manuscript and any other material forming part of the
article (the “Manuscript”);

(ii) the Manuscript is original, does not contain any libellous or unlawful matter and does not infringe
any copyright or other proprietary right of any third party;

(iii) the Manuscript has not been published or accepted for publication in any other journal or other
publication; and

(iv) the Manuscript does not contain any material which is or may be deemed to be offensive or
otherwise inappropriate.

2. The Author grants to the Publisher an exclusive, worldwide, transferable, sub-licensable,

irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, translate, create derivative
works of, distribute, publicly display and perform, and otherwise exploit the Manuscript, in whole or
in part, in any form, media, or technology, whether now known or hereafter developed, for the
purpose of publishing and distributing the Journal.

3. The Author agrees to provide the Publisher with all necessary written materials and/or permissions
related to the Manuscript, including but not limited to, written permission from any copyright holders
for the reproduction of any copyrighted material contained therein.

4. The Author understands and agrees that the Publisher may edit, alter or modify the Manuscript in
any way it deems necessary or desirable to meet the requirements of the Journal.

5. The Author agrees that the Publisher owns all right, title and interest in and to the Journal, including
all copyrights, and the Publisher has the right to take all actions necessary to protect its rights therein.
6. The Author agrees to indemnify and hold the Publisher harmless against all costs, damages,
liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that the Publisher may incur as a result
of any breach of this Agreement by the Author.

7. This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction].

8. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior
agreements, understandings, and negotiations, whether written or oral, with respect to the subject
matter hereof.

9. No amendment, alteration or modification of this Agreement shall be valid unless made in writing
and signed by both parties.

10. The Author hereby consents to the Agreement and agrees to be bound by its terms.
