Preparar una presentación de 4 minutos (a modo de TED

talk)
1. start with end goal in mind
2. how to tell the story to get to the end goal
3. the actual art & act of presenting

At the end of the day this is basic human skills. Even presenting ideas to friends,
family.

I always talk about things I care and things I know. Conexión emocional.

Presenting is like a journey. There are END GOALS and then we know how to
PROGRESS.

- Form a picture. Start off as imagining a time and space. Practice telling
whatever story you are going to tell in another space so that when you
are presenting it comes natural.
- When someone shows up with something to give, to the desire to give, to
present what you’ve discovered, people become fans. There is when
cooperation and trust becomes to build.

1. The story has to be emblematic of the end result.

Once everybody has a sense of where are we going, this is the time to tell how
this developed. This is the linear process to deconstruct and write an OUTLINE. 3
or 4 parts (good or bad. Discover what works and what doesn’t work) that are
significant

(The thing that happens is that the people listening understand as you develop
the little parts)

start with the goal in mind: OUTLINE

a. Start with the end in mind
b. Choose a story to paint the picture
c. Make an OUTLINE for the talk that you are going to help
d. Practice out loud
e. The content are half of it. You are the other half.
f. Present your work, record it, upload it.
