 EGG RECIPES FOR TLE:

EGG FRIED RICE:


- 2 cups of A Day Old Rice
- 8 Cloves of Garlic
- 1 Onion
- 1 Whole Carrot
- Spring Onion
- Light Soy Sauce
- Dark Soy Sauce
- Ground Pork
- 2 Eggs
- Salt And Pepper
Egg Omelette:
- Cheese
- Ham
- 2-4 Eggs
- Oil (Vegetable oil)
- Salt and Peppper
French Toast:
- Bread
- 2-3 Eggs
- Cheese
- Ham
- Butter
- Salt And Pepper
PROCEDURES FOR EGG RECIPES
Egg Fried Rice:
Begin by cracking 4 eggs and placing them in a bowl. Then, after heating some
oil in a Pan, pour them in, cooking them until almost fully cooked. Put The
Eggs Aside and throw in your garlic, onions and Stir fry it until partially
Cooked, Then throw in your Ground Pork and Stir Fry it until the pork is soft
and cooked, throw in your carrots and continue stir frying until the carrots is
cooked, put your eggs back in the pan and put in the leftover rice and mix it.
Till the ingridients are fully mixed together. After that toss in the Light and
Dark soy sauce at the rim of the pan to slightly glase the soy sauce in order to
bring out the flavours of the ingredients, mix it again till the rice has the desired
color that you want, season the fried rice with salt and pepper til you reach the
desired taste. Top it off with spring onions and Plate it Nicely.
Egg Omelette:
Prepare The Ingridients first. Beat eggs, water, salt and pepper in small bowl
until blended. heat butter in a nonstick omelet pan or skillet over medium-high
heat until hot. tilt pan to coat bottom. Pour in egg mixture. Mixture should set
immediately at edges. Gently push cooked portions from edges toward the
center with inverted turner so that uncooked eggs can reach the hot pan surface.
Continue cooking, tilting pan and gently moving cooked portions as needed.
When top surface of eggs is thickened and no visible liquid egg remains, Place
filling on one side of the omelet. Fold omelet in half with turner. With a quick
flip of the wrist, turn pan and Invert or Slide omelet onto plate. Serve
immediately.
French Toast/One pan Egg Toast:
Beat 3pcs of eggs, Melt ½ tbsp of butter in a nonstick pan, swirl and pour
beaten eggs. Place 2 pcs of white bread and cook over low heat for 1min. Flip
the egg to cook the other side. Fold the sides of the egg to fit inside the bread.
Grate 1tbsp of cheese on one side of the egg. Fold the bread to form the
sandwich. Add another ½ tbsp of butter to toast the bread until golden brown.
Remove from the pan and set aside for 1min before slicing and serving.
