The candidates eligible for counseling should have fulfilled all the condition as notified in the advertisement No: NIT/DAA/2023/965. Dated: 31-05-2023 2. The candidates have to produce all the qualifying certificates and other applicable documents ‘on the date of counseling, 3. Candidates seeking admission in reserved categories, the production of a valid category certificates is mandatory at the time departmental counseling. In case of OBC-NCL and EWS category, the certificate must have been issued after 1" April, 2023, duly issued by the competent authority not below the rank of Tehsildar. 4. The eligible candidates have to submit the choice forms as per preference for the proposed supervisor(s) in the Dean’s office. The choice forms will be available in the PhD section. 5. The candidates can informally interact with their potential supervisors/Co-Supervisor(s) in the Institute. 6. The choice forms. need to be submitted by 4 P.M on 31" August, 2023 without any overwriting, 7. The candidates have to present themselves for formal counseling in front of Departmental Admission Committee on 1* September, 2023 in the Computer Science & Engineering Department. 8.
