E types Strategies to be followed.

E types will need to continue with their core competencies which is following their differentiation
strategies, in order to generate growth and secure cash flow an increase exposure might be needed.
Due to that reason participating in contest design such as the Denmark national team logo is definitely a
good way to increase exposure on the differentiation strategy despite the chances of winning might not
be the best.

In the long term increasing campaign might be focused on multinational companies which allow E types

media campaigns with a differentiation/singularity focus.
 Enroll talented graduates through art competition.
 Focus on profitable customers works to secure cash flow
 Adapt to feedback received on their work not only from customers but end users.
 Increase exposure covering media channels, contest and customer’s campaigns.

In the long term.

 Expand internationalization through customer’s campaigns, international contest and feedback


from international customers, but respecting its Danish identity with is part of their Value.

In summary expanding media display and adapting to internationalization needs while maintaining their
core value of singularity will allow to increase sales and improve cash flows while keeping their artistic
style for graphics, design and advertising.
