    contact at the Firm with the Federal Reference Number for all incoming wires as
    soon as available. The Federal Reference Number allows us to more
    expeditiously determine receipt of the incoming wire.

     International wires can take 48 hours to be received. We recommend wires


    originating outside the United States be initiated well in advance of the date
    needed for disbursement from the account. Please also provide a Swift number
    if available.
