This week’s module is pretty important for inner-health.
Sleeping is the time we
repair destructions, digest every encounter during the day, and allow the soul have intimate talks with our mind. I am alarmed. Stress is my company for years and every difficulty, and I often wanted to get rid of it ending up with failures. Now I know that stress is not always a burden to my body. It can be a propeller, if we understand and accept the existence of eustress, and be a good friend with it. Also, when I feel distress emerging and gradually eroding my happy life, there are a few ways I can deal with them. I can try taking deep breaths to calm myself down and feel the energy inside my body. When people are often living under pressure, practicing deep breathes regularly can reduce high blood pressure from happening. Especially I am sometimes a hypertensive person, deep breathing can keep anxiety and depression away from me. Besides deep breathing, doing yoga is another good deal. Although yoga is subject to enough space for stretching and lying down, if possible, this is a good way to let our limbs and body feel. Yoga can also be exercised with meditation. I sometimes do meditation, and this is the way I think only sleeping is superior to release stress. So after all, I think a balanced life is when one can feel and notice that he needs rest, particularly meaningful and useful stress. Sleeping, deep breathing, and doing yoga are the three key components in a robust mental diet.
