COPING MECHANISMS OF SOMEONE WHO SUFFER FROM CANCER

As we all know, cancer is a deadly disease which is relevant in our country and has a lot of cases about
death that causes cancer. Cancer is a diseases in which the cell/s of our body is growing
uncontrollably and spread in some parts of our body. It is not a catchy disease but a genetic one. No
matter what age you are and how healthy you are. It’s important to know the signs or clues for you to
know if you need to see a doctor and can prevent it as soon as possible. There’s a lot of symptoms we
didn’t know that it’s already a cancer, just like losing weight even if you didn’t try to lose weight or
eating problems, unusual bleeding, unconsciously pain in you body.

It’s not just that, some of the people who’s diagnosed with cancer often felt anxious and scared. They
might begin questioning their lives, which was sad. Instead of cry everyday because of the disease
inside your body, there are a lot of ways of things that you should cope in order to enlighten a bit.
One of them is to always connect with people, you can gain strength and inspiration to fight the
stigmas if you connect to people especially your family. It’s important for you to have someone to talk
to whenever you feel sad.

Also, instead of staying in your comfort zone. Try new things, explore or make a bucket list for you to
enjoy. Some of the patients started to go to a place with a view of nature to relax and clear their
minds. It reduces our anxiousness and sadness, nature can help for you to realize that even if you
have this disease, there’s still beautiful things we should see. These things can help you cope with
your disease. You won’t do those to take the pain or suffering away but for you to feel enlighten and
to make it bearable.
