REPUBLIC OF CAMEROON PEACE-WORK-FATHERLAND DECREE No. 2022/05 lop 25 JAN 2022 to authorize the Minister of Economy, Planning and Regional Development to sign with the Green Climate Fund (GCF), a loan agreement for an amount of USD 1 000 000, or approximately CFAF 567 880 000, as supplementary financing for the Programme for Integrated Development and Adaptation to Climate Change in the Niger Basin (PIDACC/N B) THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, Mindful of _ the Constitution; Mindful of Law No. 2021/26 of 16 December 2021: Finance Law of the Republic of Cameroon for the 2022 financial year; Mindful of Decree No. 2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 2018/190 of 2 March 2018, HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS ARTICLE 4: The Minister of Economy, Planning and Regional Development is authorized, with powers of delegation, to sign with the Green Climate Fund (GCF), a loan agreement for an amount of USD 1 000 000, or approximately CFAF 567 880 000, as supplementary financing for the Programme for Integrated Development and Adaptation to Climate Change in the Niger Basin (PIDACC/NB)..
