As Solargen Technologies LTD electrical Engineering department in Hargeisa we are requesting

to change Gumeys water pump site to another site as soon as possible for increasing guarding
cost day after day because we left our Solar panels, mounting structure ang machines in
Ballihadhac ang Gumeys sites ,firstly we completed the mounting structure in Ballihadhac site
and installed 56 solar modules in there and we were waiting only for OXFAM to install the
pump, when we came into Gumeys site , there was a dispute in there so we left Gumeys and
came back to our site in Ballihadhac , unfortunately the water pumb was not ready at that time ,
two months completed from that date, and cost of guarding increasing every day and our
equipments and machines having a deterioration cost day after day so we are requesting to
transport gumeys site to another site as soon as possible or to get back all our equipments and
machines, and the cost of transportation and safety of the equipments will be on the shoulders of
the OXFAM.
