Warm greetings of peace!

May I request your approval of my application for transfer from Basilio B. Chan Memorial Agricultural
and Industrial School (BBCMAIS) to Bobon School for Philippine Craftsmen (BSPC) in Bobon, Northern Samar, for
the following reasons, to wit:

1. I am a daily commuter travelling almost an hour every morning and afternoon just to get into the school
where I am currently assigned. My daily trip is vulnerable to accident and illness which I feared might be an
added burden if anything wrong happened to me along the way;

2. I spend an amount of Php150.00 a day to cater my fuel/ fare and food. This amount is tantamount to twenty
percent (20%) of my monthly salary. Hence, if I would be given a chance to teach in nearby municipality, I
could save more money and could have spent it for my family which needs me most;

3. I have a school-aged child which also needs my attention. There were many times that I could not attend my
child in his academic activities because I have less time for him. I believe that my presence would have an
impact on him and he could be more motivated and inspired to do well in the school; and

4. I have poor health. I suffer from bronchial asthma, which is the reason that I committed absences due to
too much exposure from traveling and unpredictable weather.
