F- Do you have a spiritual belief? Faith? Do you have a spiritual belief that help you

cope up with stress? What gives your life meaning?

Yes, I have spiritual beliefs in life. I believe that we are sinners who need seek to

God for guidance and forgiveness, and I have faith, faith in God. And everything that

happens to us has valid reasons that God has already arranged for us. One thing that

helps me reduce stress is to pray to God, listen to music, and read bible verses that

inspire me to stand up for my life's challenges.

I - Are these beliefs important to you? How do they influence you in how you care for

yourself?

Yes, beliefs are essential to me because they shape who I am now, influence me to be

a better person, and inspire me to discover and learn more. We all have various beliefs,

and these beliefs have taught us to be at peace and to respect one another.

C - Are you part of a spiritual or religious community?

I am a member of a religious group; I am a Seventh Day Adventist, and we attend

church on Wednesday evenings, Friday evenings, and Saturdays. We are also Christians

who think that death is a gateway to God's kingdom. We also have programs where we

assemble all people in our community, regardless of faith, and share God's words as

well as motivating messages to inspire them.

A - How would you like your healthcare provider to address these issues with you?

The healthcare professional should respect each patient's choice regardless of their

religion, and they should work to be culturally competent, which includes being aware

of various religious customs and beliefs. They can give the necessary care while

considering any potential religious ramifications thanks to this understanding.
