My Experience about English Learning

 My Experience about English Learning

Hello guys my name is Inggi, I’m from PBI 6, I will to tell my experience abo
ut my English learning. I’m start learning English from class V elementary school at e
lementary school 57 Belawa, kab. Wajo, Prov. Sulawesi Selatan. In here I study about
basic English, pronunciation alphabet, and then I’m moving at elementary school 95/I
I Muara bungo, Prov. Jambi at a class VI. In here I’m learning English about verb 1, v
erb 2, and verb 3, I also to study about the verb formula.
And then I continue my study at junior high school, I choice one of some junio
r high school in Muara bungo, my choice is junior hight school 7 Muara bungo. At the
class VII I study about to introduce my self and spelling my name. At this step I don’t
like English lesson,because I’m feel so hard and I don’t get it what the teacher says. B
ut, I always try to improve my knowledge about English by always practicing in spare
time. I practice pronunciation by listening to songs, watching western movies, and re
ading anything in English.
Next, at class VIII continue to study English until class IX. At this step lessons
about English are increasing and the learning is getting higher. I also have difficulty st
udying. But, I don’t give up to always learn. Here I don’t really like English because f
or me at that time English is very difficult to understand because it’s a different langua
ge. I just do what is given by the teacher without going into it.
At class X I started to like English lessons because I saw one of my friends wh
ose english was not bad, we often competed to to the assignments given, this is where
it all started. On the other side I also like the teacher who teaches English. After that, I
went up to class XI. Here I met again with friends who like English. And I’m even mo
re interested in learning. Until I was sat in class XII, I really enjoyed it and English
became my favorite subject at that time.
After graduating from senior high school, I did not immediately continue my
education to a higher level because I wanted to continue outside the city, but my
parents did not approve. So I was unemployed for one year. Then later, I continued in
the following year and majored in English Education Department at University of
muhammadiya Muara bungo.
When I was college, I got a problem from myself, that is I’m a shy person.
This makes me skill stuck in here. I’m having trouble developing my english, I’m to
nervous when I’m in a crowd. But, I still try to do what I can. Just be yourself and
proud of yourself.
Development Pattern :
I think my English Development now is speech emergence
stage. Bacause I can pretty much think what to say without
looking at dictionary or translate, althought sometimes it’s
still a little difficult….
