Comments on I.T.T. Heaters Training

We have recorded the following comments regarding heater training given by ITT Company:

- Training focused on operation, and information was dense and brief.

- Curriculum briefly included preventive maintenance which relates to operation.
- Maintenance was not a core material in the training program.
- Training lacked visual media (photos and videos) to better implement training subject.
- Maintenance team didn’t gain much additional information as intended, as the training information
that was given was already known by the team, and is mostly based on PID’s and vendor print
drawings.

In regard to Trainer:

- Trainer is a chemical engineer with a great experience in training and operation in public and
private sectors, but has insufficient information about field maintenance.
- He gives an impression that he didn’t have enough field exposure for the heaters targeted in the
training.
