time and transmit existing ventures and
speculation to the future generation.

that stabilizes and transforms into a habit,
a lifestyle, or enduring product.

to an organization. There are no trends without
change. To analyse change, think in terms of shifts
(long-term, slower) and triggers specific factors or

power and enjoy a long period of time

A trend is rooted on the people’s cultural traditions,
beliefs, and values. A trend persists and continues
because people have seen it as part of a
