MBAF WELCOMES ALFREDO DE ZAYAS TO TAX AND ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENT

MIAMI September 29, 2011 Morrison, Brown, Argiz & Farra, LLC (MBAF) further expanded its tax capabilities by hiring Alfredo J. De Zayas, CPA, as director in the Tax and Accounting Department. Before joining MBAF, De Zayass previous client base included real estate developers and contractors, shipping, wholesale, retails, telecommunications, export and import, financial services, professionals, televisions stations, agriculture and poultry businesses, among others. As director, he will focus on international tax and compliance, estate and gift tax and federal income. De Zayass expertise includes international taxation and issues that arise from international transactions, cross-border transfers, mergers and acquisitions, transfer pricing, voluntary disclosures, foreign investments in U.S. real property and businesses, as well as outbound transfers.
