TO: All students residing in Hostel 21 and 22

FROM: Acting Hostel supervisor

DATE: 8th September 2023.

SUBJECT: Relocation Notice for Boys Residing in Campus Hostels

I trust this message finds you well. I am writing to inform you of a decision made by our Hostel
Supervisor regarding a relocation plan scheduled for Monday. The
Hostel Supervisor has decided to implement a relocation plan to optimize our hostel occupancy
and better manage our resources. The relocation will take place on Monday, [8th September
2023.]. Specifically, all students currently staying in Hostel 21 and Hostel 22 will be relocated to
fill empty rooms designated by the Hostel Supervisor.

Here are the key details regarding this relocation:


Hostels Affected: Hostel 21 and Hostel 22
Relocation Procedure:
1. On Monday, please ensure that you are prepared to move your belongings to the
designated empty rooms.
2. The Hostel Supervisor will be on hand to assist and provide directions for the relocation

3. Please cooperate with the Hostel Supervisor and follow his instructions to ensure a
smooth transition.
4. Make sure to pack your essentials and personal belongings carefully to avoid any damage
