Removing personal belongings from the hostel.

Dear Hostel Management,

I'm (Name) : KHOUSALYA A/P RAGURAMAN

Unit no. : G 12-25

The main purpose of this letter to explain based on disagree statement for the statement above.
Most of the students strictly not agreed based on personal belongings removal in short term
period without any early information. This MCO scenario which implemented by the
Government make our movement restricted, this Prohibition make us into fear based on our
personal belongings in the hostel.

As the letter we received from Saito University College mentioned that we have to list down our
personal belongings. There are a lot of things in hostel and some of the things are not in
remembering. Due to this MCO, students are couldn't able to make a move to this situation.
We as a hostelers, not agreeing to others moves our personal hostel premises to the safe storage
and the Hostel Management should not made this decision in this MCO days.

We highly requested hostel authority to make a formal letter to make our path easier to make a
movement to our hostel and claim personal belongings from the hostel. This will be easier to
every student to make a short movement to the hostel. Besides that this also will decrease the
burdensome of the hostel authority based on our personal belonging storing.
