Subject: Recommendations regarding transparent working of various committees of UILS.

Respected Ma'am
One of the best features of the curricular and non curricular culture at UILS is it's numerous committees.
These committees help in the holistic growth of the students. Therefore, it is necessary that the working
of these committees is as transparent as possible. We, the department representatives of UiLS have
some recommendations regarding the working of various, UILS committees which we request to be

implemented as soon as viable. The recommendations are as follows:

1. No student should be a part of more than 2 committees at a time.

2. No student should be a part if the same committee for more than 3 years
3. The Charter of each committee should be published on the site/page of the respective
committee and it should be made public.
4. The committees should be more diverse and inclusive. A proper chance should be given to PwD

students to he a part of various committees.

We kindly request you to look into this matter and make the necessary changes ij the working of UILS

committees.
