HOW IT WORKS: The presence of Colloidal Silver near a virus, fungus, or bacteria or any other single
cell pathogen disables its oxygen metabolism enzyme, its chemical lung so to say. Within a few minutes,
the pathogen suffocates and dies, and is then cleared out of the body by the immune, lymphatic and waste
elimination systems. Unlike pharmaceutical antibiotics, which destroy beneficial enzymes, Silver is not disease
specific, (like synthetic pharmaceutical antibiotics,) Colloidal Silver leaves these tissue-cell enzymes intact, as
they are radically different from the enzymes of primitive mono-cells. Thus Colloidal Silver is absolutely safe for
humans, animals, birds, fish and plants (all multi-cell living matter).
We’ve all heard of the “Super-Germs” (Staphylococcus aureus) that are resistant to most modern antibiotics.
Germs cannot mutate into Silver resistant forms, as happens with conventional antibiotics. Therefore no
tolerance to Colloidal Silver can develop through mutation. Also, Colloidal Silver has demonstrated it will not
interact or interfere with other medications. Inside the body Silver does not form toxic compounds or react with
anything other than a germ’s oxygen metabolising enzyme.

WHAT IS A COLLOID AND WHAT IS COLLOIDAL SILVER?
A colloid is a solution consisting of ultra fine particles suspended in a liquid medium. All living things
exist in a colloidal state. Most over-the-counter medications are in a crystalline state. Before any
medication can exert its full therapeutic action it must first be converted into a colloidal state. A properly
manufactured Colloidal Silver is a liquid solution consisting of sub microscopic particles - ions of Silver,
held in suspension in pure water by a tiny positive electrical charge placed on each particle. The highest
grade is produced by electro-colloidal process, (ie. dispersed within and bound to each other by an
electric charge.) The super fine silver particles are suspended indefinitely in distilled water. Our shake well
label is based on the Homeopathic Succussion method, in case the Colloid comes into contact with an
electrical field and causes some of the particles to lose their positive charge, but by shaking or banging
the bottle on your hand (Succussion method) it enables the particle to pick up and retain the positive
charge placed on them. The containers or droppers used should only be glass or plastic and amber in
colour.
The method used to manufacture Ionic Electro-Colloidal Silver, uses magnetic poles, therefore if you use
any metal to dispense, some microscopic particles of Silver will attach themselves to the metal, leaving a
weaker Silver solution. A good colloid of Silver should be between 10 -15 (ppm). Lee’s Colloidal Silver
is made of only 99.999 fine Silver (Ag) and pure distilled water. No salts, preservatives, colourants,
stabilisers or flavourants are added, Just pure (99.999) Silver (Ag) in pure distilled water (H2O).
WHAT YOUR BODY DOES WITH COLLOIDAL SILVER: Taken orally, the Silver solution is
absorbed from the mouth into the bloodstream, then transported to the body cells. Swirling the solution
under the tongue for 20 seconds before swallowing will result in faster absorption. Colloidal Silver is
excreted by the kidneys, lymph system and bowels after several days and will cause no side effects as
the particles are too small to remain in the body.
If routinely exposed to dangerous pathogenic germs, a regular daily intake as protection is
recommended. In cases of burns, Colloidal Silver will hasten healing, reducing the possibility of scar
tissue and infection. It is believed by many in the Homeopathic profession that the lives of millions of
people who are susceptible to chronic low grade infections can be enhanced by this preventative health
measure.
HISTORICAL BACKGROUND: People often ask why they have never heard of Colloidal Silver.
Until the mid 1930’s Colloidal Silver was known as a proven germ fighter and widely used. It was the
mainstay of antibiotic treatment. In 1914 the medical journal, “Lancet”, reported phenomenal results from
its use. Dr. Henry Crooks showed that correctly manufactured Colloidal Silver to be absolutely harmless
and non-toxic, as well as highly germicidal. Colloidal Silver has proven itself useful against most species
of fungi, parasites, bacteria, protozoa and certain viruses.
Dr Robert O. Becker, MD, author of “The Body Electric”, whilst studying regeneration of limbs, spinal
cords and organs in the late 1970’s, discovered that Silver ions promoted bone growth and killed
surrounding bacteria. The March 1978 issue of “Science Digest,” in an article, “Our Mightiest Germ
Fighter,” reported: “Thanks to modern research, Silver is emerging as a wonder of modern medicine.
Antibiotics kills perhaps a half dozen different disease organisms, but Silver kills a couple of hundred
organisms. Resistant strains fail to develop. Moreover, Ionic Electro-Colloidal Silver is non-toxic”. The
article ended with a quote by Dr. Harry Margraf, a biochemist and pioneering Silver researcher who
worked with Carl Moyer, MD, chairman of Washington University’s Department of Surgery in the 1970’s
“Silver is the best all-round germ fighter we have”.
For centuries we’ve known the properties of Silver. The ancients stored their water in Silver vessels to
prevent bacteria from growing. American settlers used to put Silver in their milk containers to hinder it’s
spoilage.
NASA researched 23 different methods of water purification and selected a Silver filtration system for all
their space shuttles. Not only does NASA use the Silver filtration system but most of the world’s airlines
use Silver water filters to guard against waterborne diseases.
THE STAR Newspaper, dated 23 April 2003 in their “Verve Health Matters” ran a piece on Colloidal
Silver: 15 WAYS TO BEAT A COMMON COLD said “COLLOIDAL SILVER - another natural antibiotic, is
particles of pure Silver (not a chemical compound), suspended in pure water. The liquid doesn’t look like
it contains anything at all, let alone something as heavy as Silver, but it does have a slightly metallic taste.
If you already have a cold, take a cap-full every hour; and swirl the liquid around in the mouth before
swallowing, so the Colloidal Silver can be absorbed through the mucous membranes in your mouth. To
prevent a cold, take a cap-full twice a day. (NB. Make sure your spoon is plastic and not metal)”.
USES OF COLLOIDAL SILVER: ORALLY: Swirl solution in mouth for about 20 seconds, then
swallow. A syringe (without the needle) can be used to flush eyes, nose or any place you need to rinse
and sterilise. Food poisoning, sore throats (gargle & swallow), colds, flu, tonsillitis, mouth ulcers, athletes
foot, Candida albicans (Thrush), fever blisters (soak cotton-wool and apply for about 6 minutes, a few
times daily), bladder infections, rashes, cuts, abrasions, septic wounds, pimples & acne, gout, arthritis,
infections caused by allergies, shingles, burns, boils, abscesses, wounds, athlete’s foot, ring worm, it
is also excellent as a prophylactic, stimulates the growth of new cells in injuries and burns, (DOSAGES
CAN SAFELY BE INCREASED TO ± 100ml per day, for up to 12 weeks, depending on severity of

ANIMAL USAGE: is safe for all animals (internal & external use), domestic & wild. From hamsters,
guinea pigs, dogs, cats, birds, (finches to ostriches) etc, Silver is safe even when given in large
dosages, as most other medications are too strong for these little creatures. (DON’T DILUTE, unless

feeding medium, will disinfect seeds, roots, bulbs, cuttings etc, to disinfect soils water plants regularly
with Colloidal Silver and to kill insect eggs which have a single cell egg stage. Use for fungi on plants
(spray undiluted on and under leaves).
OTHER USES: Add 2-3 capfuls per litre of milk or fresh juice to delay spoilage, rinse fruit and
vegetables in Silver to prolong shelf-life, rinse kitchen cloths in Silver and wipe counter-tops, door
handles, shower stalls, toilets etc. Add to suspect drinking water (leave for 6 minutes). Colloidal Silver

is recommended as part of your daily personal hygiene regimen. Cleansing your sinuses in this manner
relieves symptoms associated with colds, flu, sinus infections, nasal dryness, allergies, and other sinus

HOW TO USE YOUR NETI POT
Fill the neti pot with water. The water should be lukewarm ‘tepid’ (not too hot, not too cold) and can
be poured into the pot directly from the tap (approximately 1/2 cup of water). Distilled or pre-boiled
(cooled) water is recommended if the purity/safety of the tap water in your region is questionable.
Add 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt or table salt (without added iodine) to the water.
Stir with spoon to dissolve thoroughly. Lee’s Colloidal Silver can be used when you have a infection in the
sinuses, you can also add 1/4 teaspoon of salt to the Colloidal Silver.
Lean your head forward over the basin, bending your neck down slightly with your eyes looking
downwards.
Gently place the spout of the neti pot inside your right nostril, forming a seal to avoid any outer leakage.
Open your mouth slightly (this is very important). Breathe continuously through your open mouth during this
sinus cleansing procedure. This allows a necessary air passageway so that the water will not drain from
behind your nose into your mouth.
Tilt your head sideways, so that your right nostril is directly above your left nostril. Tip the neti pot,
allowing the water solution to pour into your right nostril. Within a few seconds the water will naturally
drain from your left nostril into the basin.
After the net pot is empty, remove the spout from your right nostril, and exhale through both nostrils.
Gently blow your nose into a tissue. Repeat the steps for your left nostril.
