PAST SIMPLE OF IRREGULAR VERBS
Irregular verbs don´t end in –ed in their past simple form. For example, 'go' becomes
'went' and 'run' becomes 'ran'.
Here´s a list of common irregular verbs.

NEGATIVE SENTENCES
With negative sentences, we use the auxiliary did not + verb base form.
In the negative there aren't any irregular verbs. All verbs use 'did not (didn't) + verb
base form:

With questions, we use the auxiliary did and the base form of the verb
