Honorable Gov. Hernandez,

Direct people consultation has been part of the core missions of the Office of the Board Member
Hon. Karla Monica C. Adajar-Lajara. The office firmly believes that our constituents are the
same people who can narrate their experiences and struggles that are in need of interventions
and specific solutions. Moreover, the involvement to solve these problems must come not just
from our office but with the help of other offices and agencies that can partake with us in helping
these people who are in need.

Upon direct consultation, to the people from Brgy. San Roque, Victoria, Laguna, we have found
that several complaints were due to the issue of housing. We believe that in your expertise, the
problems will be addressed in cooperation with our office with a multisectoral solution.

housing problems.
