Annual volume of oil pollution and oily wastes in the world is estimated as much as hundreds million cubic meters.
As a rule, oily wastes that enter the water and soil come from following sources: oil exploitation and transportation, petroleum production at oil refinery plants and
cleaning operations of oil tanks.

Accumulated oil pollution of the recent decades resulted from oil exploitation, production and transportation is equally dangerous for environment; its volume is
estimated as much as hundreds million cubic meters in volume.
Dependent on composition, there are different types of oil pollution: oily water, oil sludge (in liquid state) and oil contaminated soil.
Normally oily water contains not more than 5% of oil and solid substances. Nevertheless, even insignificant amount of oil content in the water makes it unsuitable for
further use and harms the environment.
Oil sludge is a mixture of crude oil and/or petroleum products (either light or heavy) with water and solid substances (soil, sediments). Unlike oil contaminated soil, oil
and/or petroleum products content in oil sludge far outweighs solids content (soil, sediments).
The soil itself (sand, clay etc.) and sediments are the main parts of oil contaminated soil. Oil and/or petroleum products content in oil contaminated soil is less
significant and do not exceed 10%, on the average.
Oil contamination poses serious threat to the environment. Generally the recovery of oil sludge and oil contaminated soil is not carried out because of the lack of
proper equipment and efficient technology.
Our company offers both separate plants for all above mentioned types of oil waste and complex multi-purpose solutions for oil sludge, oil contaminated soil and oily

★Knowledge of existing technology:

At present, the mainstream technologies for the treatment of oily solid waste mainly include chemical hot washing
(centrifugal separation), pyrolysis/thermal desorption/incineration, extraction, biodegradation, etc.
The above technologies are all targeted at specific oily solid waste and have certain limitations.
For example, chemical hot washing is mainly aimed at landing sludge and tank cleaning sludge, the treatment
effect is unstable, it is difficult to treat the cleaning wastewater up to the standard, and the oil content of the
residue after treatment is difficult to reach 2%; The oil content of clay sludge residue after one-time treatment of
oily sludge is as high as 5% or more, which cannot meet the requirements of resource utilization;
pyrolysis/thermal desorption/incineration can treat various types of oily sludge, and the oil content after treatment
can be controlled below 1%, but the pyrolysis process has high energy consumption, easy coking, and difficult
waste gas treatment; the residues after cleaning and pyrolysis/thermal desorption/incineration are not explicitly
exempted from hazardous waste; extraction is suitable for homogeneous oil-containing solid waste, However, the
recovery of the extractant after treatment is difficult and easy to lose; biodegradation is suitable for low oil-
containing solid waste, but the treatment cycle is long, affected by the climate, and the removal rate of pollutants
is low.

★Technical features:

① This device adopts special metal composite materials (self-developed) with high temperature resistance, wear resistance,
corrosion resistance, and ultra-high magnetic field. It is not limited by any influence of air pressure environment, magnetic field
radiation, extreme high and low temperature, and is suitable for continuous disposal & operating of any hazardous waste.

② The device adopts eddy current induction heating system, which is safe and stable. The continuous working time exceeds
10,000 hours, and it can operate effectively without failure. Due to the use of modular temperature control, the temperature rises
rapidly and the sensitivity is extremely high (up and down 0.1 degrees), which greatly saves energy and reduces carbon
emissions.

③ The device adopts continuous feeding and discharging operation mode, which saves labor costs and greatly reduces labor
intensity. Whether it is solid or liquid, or even semi-solid or fluid, it can automatically feed and discharge.

④ The device adopts the self-developed microwave drying elastic mixing propulsion system. The material shape is not limited
(the super-long and super-wide solid waste needs to be equipped with a shearing and crushing system). It adopts automatic
feeding and discharging, and it works continuously and stably. The waste classification treatment is more thorough, the oil
content is less than or equal to 3‰, the oil products are recycled and reused, the deoiled metals and carbon black are reused,
and the hazardous waste can be recycled and reused, and finally zero emission or reduced emission standards can be realized,
and customers are remove emissions worries from environmental protection.

① The petroleum hydrocarbon content of oily solid waste after treatment is ≤0.5‰, which can

Current situation in China: (Example A)

①Example. An enterprise (machining) produces about 70 tons of oily iron filings per year, which is
recycled and disposed of by a third-party company, and the recycling price is 1200 RMB/ton.

The recycling income is: 70 tons * 1200 RMB=84000 RMB/year.

Note: At present, the third-party recycling income cannot continue under the new regulations of the
"Hazardous Waste List".

②According to the new version of the "List of Hazardous Wastes": the metal products machining
