Installation Report Format

This document is an installation report for an equipment purchased from IATOME ELECTRIC INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED. IMPORTANT
1) On completing installation, a copy of this report shall be sent to the factory for Registration and Enabling Warranty
2) One copy of this report shall be handed over and retained by the customer
3) This report is to be filled in by the Service Engineer carrying out the installation
4) Report is Valid only if Factory Stamp and Customer Signature is present
5) Customer shall ensure that an acknowledgement is received from the factory, after sending the Installation Report
