During this period I held the post of AIG Admn and AIG Telecom TS wing Punjab
Chandigarh I have supervised the Establishment branch OSI CRC RTI MSK Litigation
branch and Headquarter Branches Account Branch and as AIG Telecom also supervised
Telecommunication matter TS Control Room Cyber Cell T-1 branch MTO branch Police Line
TS wing Special Wing SAS Nagar of TS wing During this period I got disposed off
Litigation cases by the way of affidavit while filing proper replies in time under my
supervision I remained as Chairman of the DPC Constable to Head Constable and Head
Constable to ASI to SI and completed the promotion process during this period In
addition to the above I have also closely monitored the 4-9-14 ACP cases of officials and
completed in time and in the capacity of DDO also verified all kind of entries increment
orders pay fixation pay revise service book updation etc of employees of TS wing in

Yes, I believe that, I have made exceptional contribution, extra ordinary challenging task
i.e major achievement by putting himself on duty during odd hours and gazetted
holidays. During this period, I have successfully got completed the cases of promotions in
various ranks, fixation of pay, revision of pension cases according to 6th pay commission,
4-9-14 year increment under ACP scheme, Pay anomaly, payment of pension benefits,
GPF, GIS to the retired/expired/ voluntary retired officials of TS wing because, there is

For the current assignment:


I want to upgrade my skills through undergoing training programmes/courses to improve
the working of TS training Centre Chharbar, because of there are most sophisticated and
modern training gadgets installed at this training centre, but not being used effectively for
the purpose to trained the officials of this wing.
