Ingredients

 2 cups rolled oats


 1/2 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
 1/4 cup ground flax seed
 3 tablespoons hemp hearts
 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
 1/4 cup maple syrup
 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
 1/2 cup freeze-dried blueberries

Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 300, and line a sheet pan with parchment paper or a silicone
mat for easy clean-up.
2. Combine all ingredients (except the blueberries!) in a large bowl, and stir well to
combine.
3. Spread the granola evenly on the sheet pan, and cook for 45 minutes, stirring
every 15 minutes.
4. Let cool completely, and then store in glass jars.
5. I recommend adding the blueberries just before serving, as they lose their crunch
when they sit in the jar.
