I respectfully state that I am the petitioner here in, I have been arrayed as Accused in the above said case, and this Honble court was pleased to issue Summon against me calling upon to remain present on 20-03-2023. 2. I respectfully state that I am unable to appear before this Hon’ble Court on 20-03-2023 due to my ill health because of viral fever chronically affected and I am getting treatment and I was suggested not to travel for one month.
