Job Description

 Conduct live classes to teach Computer Science to students belonging to different

countries.
 Strictly follow the lesson plan to teach students.
 Maintain high quality while delivering the sessions.
 Learn to work on different platforms preferred by the company to teach coding to the
students.
 Commit a minimum of 120 hours in a month.

Skills

 Holding a degree in Computer Science ( B.Tech/BE/Bsc IT or any other similar field)

 Having some teaching experience would be preferable- 1 to 2 years
 An ideal candidate would be someone who enjoys teaching children and can commit 2-5
hours on a daily basis to teach children through online classes.
 Excellent Communication Skills.

Salary – 2 to 4 lakhs

Hiring Process
Sourcing- Posting job posts on various job portals like LinkedIn, Indeed,
Monster.com etc. Can also directly approach candidates. Messaging them on
linkedin and other job portals
Resume Screening
Telephonic Interview- Ask them a set of questions.
 Tell me about yourself
 About their prior experience
 What are your strengths and weakness
 Do you like teaching?
 Are you fond of kids?
 Their education background
 Ask them a case based question.

Technical Round- Coding Test

Can choose programming language of their choice.
Have to solve 5 questions
45 minutes duration

Final Interview
Virtual Interview with the mentor or the senior employee
Routine questions+ Application Based Questions

On the basis of that they will be hired. Then backgound verification,

onboarding and induction.
