    - Barrel (and Jourdonnais effect) counts as one missed when deffending from Slab

    - Suzy Lafayette draws a new card after the effect of last card has ended
    - If she plays a duel she cannot draw a new card before the duel ends
    - If someone else plays a duel against her it's the same
    - If Slab shoots her and she has a missed as her last card she can play it, draw
    a new card and, if the new card is a missed, play it
    - You cannot replace a gun with another identical
    - Jourdonnais effect can be used to avoid the Gattling
    - El Gringo can't steal a card after a lethal shoot (if he has a beer he can drink
    it and steal a card after that)
    - Same for Bart Cassidy
    - Bart Cassidy draws 3 cards if he is hit by Dynamite (assuming he is still alive)
