TRADEMARK LOGO COPY PRINTING AUTHORIZATION

Entrusting party： （hereinafter referred to as " party A"）

Appointed trustee：Guangzhou Gaopin Plastic Products Co.,Ltd （hereinafter referred to as " party B"）
We hereby entrust Guangzhou Gaopin Plastic Products Co., Ltd. to print product description, advertising copy,

trademark Logo on the product,the product description, advertising copy and trademark Logo commissioned by Party A

are all confirmed and verified by party B and are used legally，the supporting documents provided are true and valid.

Party B shall print in accordance with the contents and requirements provided by Party A, and Party A shall be
responsible for any infringement liabilities or economic disputes arising therefrom.

Furthermore, Party B shall not, under any circumstances, reproduce, replicate, or use the product description,
advertising copy, or trademark Logo commissioned by Party A for any other customer, entity, or purpose apart from
the contractual obligations with Party A. Any unauthorized use, duplication, or dissemination of these materials to
third parties is strictly prohibited and shall be considered a breach of this agreement. Party A reserves the right to
take legal action and seek appropriate remedies for any such unauthorized use, which may include but is not limited
to, financial compensation and injunctive relief.

The Letter Of Printing Authorization shall be valid and in operation for a period of 1 years, commencing on the
date of entrustment .
(Upon the expiration of the period of validity, if it is necessary to extend the entrustment time, the
TRADEMARK LOGO COPY PRINTING AUTHORIZATION shall be renewed by both parties.)
