It was Memorial Day weekend, and he was to spend his holiday with his famnlly that love him very much and he enjoyed being around, He was born to two young people who were not quite ready to be parents let along co-parent, but they |were making it work even being so young. He spent a lot of time with his father, De'Avry being his first and only child. He was his paternal grandfather and paternal grandmother's first and only grand. He was the first great-grand to his paternal Great grandmother. He spent just about every weekend with his, paternal family; grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins who took him to playgrounds, parks, played \with him, nourished him, and encouraged him, At a young age he seemed to look forward to being surrounded by his dad and family by the smiles on his face when his mother’s car would pull up to the house. Yes, he recognized the family home, He is and will be forever missed and nothing will ever fill the hole left in our hearts. De'Avry was the oldest of 4 family babies born around the same time and he was the leader. The four little ones (including De’Avry) were all learning to walk, talk and be toddlers. They were often brought together to play with one another, and we will never know ifthe little ones miss him and or remember him. itis sometimes sad to see them play together knowing that De’ Avry will no longer be amongst his litle cousins. We will never see him go off to kindergarten. Never see him ride his first bike. However, we have do have pictures of him trying to ride a tricycle that puts smiles on our faces when we fook at it and reminisce, but that is all we have is to reminisce as he was viciously taken from us by two cowardly murderers. De’Avry was a very loving baby and seemed to be very mature for his age. He was 2-months older than his unele, the uncle is a whiner and De’ Avry would just stare at him, like he was saying to himself, “dude what's wrong with you." We have very fond memories of him, like his older cousins fighting over who was going to hold him next. He frequented the zoo and loved Chuckie Cheese, he was just learning to love pizza, hamburgers and fries like all little kids do. However, he did not get his first trip to Kennywood park's kiddie land nor his first swim lesson. We were robbed of his many FIRSTS.
