For the use of social and digital media as a communication

platform
This agreement is between.................................................................. hereon referred to as Party A
and Kalon Financial Ltd of ASM House, 103a Keymer Road, BN6 8QL hereon referred to as Party B.

Background
Party A seeks to use social media platforms in order to advertise their services to a wider general
public. This is not limited to any specific platform but encompasses all platforms without reservation
including emails and other electronic forms of communication.

Terms
1.1 Party A agrees to only use material provided from Openwork via Party B.
1.2 Party A agrees that they will not form or make any of their own documentation, leaflets or other
material without reservation for the purpose of advertising the services of Party B or Openwork.
1.3 The sharing and use of any non-approved material by Party A before written consent has been
granted by Party B will be deemed a material breach of contract and will have appropriate
consequences to Party A.
1.4 Party B agrees that they are responsible for the material that they publish on any platform and
that any issue that arises will be the responsibility of Party A.
1.5 Party B will not be held liable for any losses, issues or claims as a result of Party A’s use of
material.
1.6 Party A agrees that all material and its contents remains the property of Party B and they cannot
alter or amend without the express written consent of Party B.
1.7 Party A agrees to comply with all data protection requirements, be responsible for any
messages, comments and any other form or communication or statement made or received via
platforms in the same way they hold client’s data at present.
1.8 Breach of clause 1.7 will form a material breach of contract.

Termination
Upon request from Party B or Openwork, Party A must remove any content that they are requested
to do so with immediate effect. Any losses or damages will be the responsibility of Party A and no
liability will be placed with Party B or Openwork whatsoever. Party A acknowledges their
responsibility in this matter and they will ensure that all publication is inline with the FCA rules.
