Cold and Dark switch ON procedure. ---- (2D Panel)

1. Alt+W , (In "View" , select 2D Panel)

2. Shift+N , (In "View" select Night Vision Goggles.) (at night time)

3. Battery switch to ON. check battery volt meter is 24 volts.

4. Rotate "Cabin Flood" light (top left) control knob clockwise, for Cabin
lighting.
5. Put OFF Night Vision Goggles.

6. APU switch to ON , and momentarily, to "APU START" , watch the APU N1 meter
spooling-up.
This takes about 12 seconds, after which the APU light turns green.
7. Switch ON the APU Generator.
8. Bleed Air to ON, for engines Air-Starting and for Cabin pressurization.

9. Fuel pumps ON. Fuel pump green lights come ON.

10. Now start your engines, one at a time, holding each START push for about 5
seconds. (Watch N1)
11. confirm all 6 engines showing N1 indication
12. confirm all 6 engines responding to their throttles.

13. Switch ON all 6 Generators

14. Confirm Bleed Air switch is ON

15. APU Generator OFF
16. APU OFF. APU green light goes off.

17. Switch ON all Inverters

18. Avionics ON
19. Test all annunciator lights (2-D Panel, top, overhead, right)
20. Pitot Heat to ON (check that Pitot Heat annunciator light goes OFF)
