Product Description
Good evening my dear brothers and sisters. Nowadays, what is our basic need for living?
The answer is very simple a healthy and hygiene food, fresh air, shelter and clean water. For
drinking water most of us depend on purified bottles water. Have you ever thought about these
water bottles whether they are really clean, fresh, and it’s safe to drink. No, most of the purified
water bottles are not good for drinking in Myanmar. Water Companies are using low quality plastic
bottles for packing the water and sell. That’s why we can get a lot of disease like liver cancer,
kidney cancer, fertility problems and so on…. To solve these problems our company is introducing
a product to you. That is AQUA it is 99.99 percent fresh and purified water and the bottles that is
used for packing is also a high-quality plastic naming PET (Polyethylene terephthalate). Which is
preferred by the many international organization for using in packing purified water.

Sources of water for making purified

• Surface water source
• Underground water source
Our company decided to use the underground water for making purified water. In this case
choosing a right place to take water is very important. Most of the underground fresh water
are located near foothill. Because of it our company take water near from Khakaborazi
Mountain foothill. After taking water from underground, we start our purifying process.

The most important and famous purifying steps:

1. Screening
2. Sedimentation
3. Flocculation
4. Filtration
5. Disinfection

There are seven types of disinfection methods:

1. Chlorination
2. Ultraviolet Radiation
3. Ozonation
4. Chlorine Dioxide
5. Ionization
6. Copper-silver ionization
7. Membrane filtration
Among these methods our company use the best methods such as Ultraviolet Radiation and
Membrane Filtration.
Ultraviolet Radiation
UV radiation is used as a water purifying process to disinfect water by killing or
inactivating harmful microorganisms such as bacteria, viruses, and protozoa that may be present
in water. The UV radiation used for water purification typically falls in the wavelength range of
200-280 nanometers (nm), which is known as the germicidal range.
In a typical UV water purifying process, water is passed through a chamber where it is exposed
to UV light from a lamp. The UV light damages the DNA or RNA of microorganisms, rendering
them unable to reproduce and infect. As a result, the microorganisms are effectively removed
from the water and the water becomes safe to drink.
UV water purifying process is effective against a wide range of microorganisms and does not
add any chemicals to the water, making it a safe and eco-friendly alternative to chemical
disinfection methods. However, it is important to note that UV radiation does not remove
contaminants such as chemicals, heavy metals, or minerals from water, so it is often used in
conjunction with other treatment methods such as filtration or reverse osmosis to provide a
complete water treatment solution.

Membrane Filtration
Membrane filtration is a water purification process that uses a semi-permeable membrane
to separate particles and impurities from water. The membrane has tiny pores that are small enough
to block particles, bacteria, and viruses, while allowing water molecules to pass through.
Membrane filtration is used to remove suspended solids, bacteria, viruses, and other impurities
from water. Membrane filtration is a highly effective water purification method, and is commonly
used in drinking water treatment, wastewater treatment, and other industrial applications. It can be
used as a standalone treatment method, or combined with other treatment methods such as UV
disinfection or activated carbon filtration to provide a complete water treatment solution.

Fluoridation
Fluoridation is the process of adding fluoride to public water supplies to improve dental
health. Fluoride is a naturally occurring mineral that has been shown to reduce tooth decay by
strengthening tooth enamel and making it more resistant to acid erosion.
Fluoridation is a safe and effective way to prevent tooth decay and is supported by major health
organizations such as the World Health Organization (WHO), American Dental Association
(ADA), and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). In the United States,
fluoridation of public water supplies has been in place since the 1940s and is widely used in
many other countries around the world.
Fluoride is typically added to water supplies in the form of Fluoridation acid, sodium fluoride, or
sodium fluorosilicate. The optimal level of fluoride in drinking water is between 0.7 and 1.2
milligrams per liter, depending on the climate and other factors.
While fluoridation is a highly effective way to prevent tooth decay, it is important to note that
excessive fluoride intake can lead to a condition known as fluorosis, which can cause white spots
or streaks on teeth. However, fluorosis is generally a cosmetic issue and does not affect the
health or function of teeth.
Overall, fluoridation is a safe and effective way to improve dental health and is an important part
of public health efforts to prevent tooth decay.

After the process of purifying, we make packing for distribution. For packing we use Pete
(Polyethylene terephthalate). PETE is widely used for packing water and preferred by the various
international organizations and many European countries.
PETE (Polyethylene terephthalate) bottles have several advantages:
1. Lightweight: PETE bottles are lightweight, making them easy to transport and handle.
This makes them a popular choice for beverages and other products that need to be
transported over long distances.
2. Durable: PETE bottles are strong and durable, which makes them resistant to breakage
and damage. This makes them a good choice for products that need to withstand rough
handling or transport.
3. Transparency: PETE bottles are transparent, allowing consumers to see the contents of
the bottle. This is particularly important for products such as beverages, where consumers
want to see the color and clarity of the liquid.
4. Recyclability: PETE bottles are recyclable, which makes them an environmentally
friendly choice. They can be recycled into a variety of products such as carpeting,
clothing, and furniture.
5. Cost-effective: PETE bottles are cost-effective to produce, which makes them an
affordable option for manufacturers. This helps keep the cost of products down for
consumers.
6. Non-reactive: PETE bottles are non-reactive, which means they do not interact with the
products they contain. This makes them a good choice for products such as food and
beverages, where chemical interactions could affect the taste or safety of the product.
7. It has about 0.7 g/cm3 of water absorption, it can handle nearly 170 Degree Celsius
without producing any chemical and the melting point is 260 degrees.
Overall, PETE bottles have many advantages, making them a popular choice for a wide range of
products, including beverages, food, and personal care items.
