First Try:

Please sign in via incognito mode via Chrome and go to office.com initially and then by
surreyschools.ca there on. The password will also work with Spaces.

**** Please be aware if you have saved passwords in your browser and you do not
remember them then please just read through the steps below before proceeding any
further.****

*Press command and Y in Chrome on a Mac or Ctrl-H on a PC

1) Click on clear data on the left side of the screen.

2) On the right side there will be two tabs a Basic and Advanced Tab

3) Select Time Range All time in both the Basic and Advanced Tabs by clicking on the
down arrow.
3) Under the Advanced Tab select passwords and other sign in data by placing a
check mark.

4) Then click on the blue "Clear Data".

5) If this does not work then please have them re-start their computer/device and
update Chrome and then repeat the above steps again.
