Trai Maintenance Procedure for Cabin cre Reference: AESC-TPOO1 01/ Oct 2021 AES Training Device/ Equipment PURPOSE ‘The procedure is to guide the method to identify, process, control and training how to maintain training devices/ equipment which being used for practical training at AESC training organization. SCOPE ‘This procedure be applied to maintenance the training devices/ equipment of AESC ATO RESPONSIBILITY ing manager = Training and monitoring for staff to strictly follow the procedure as specified ~ Control the status/ using condition of all training device/ equipment, report and suggest solution when appear damage Built up the Equipment maintenance plan AESC-F750 3.2, Maintenance personnel — Strictly perform this procedure to maintenance the training devices/ equipment of AESC ATO Report to Training manager about any damage of the training devices/ equipment which effects toiits operation or safety. = Requirement of Maintenance personnel: © Beat least 18 years of age, good health Have Technical competence for related maintenance work ° © Be provided initial training on this procedure © Be provided recurrent training in each 2-year period on this procedure to update changes and failures occurred during operation and maintenance. PROCEDURE 5.1, A320 Slide and Door training device jenance or before/ after use — Visual check and clean up each time after using = Check the 04 camera and record system if the sharpness of the camera is reduced, Use clean rag to remove the dust. = Check if camera eye position is misaligned. Adjust the camera eye view by loosening the axis and rotating. Check record system to ensure that the data Is automatically recorded. = Check the signal, nterphone and speaker. Adjust the volume of the speaker as necessary. — Check the fog liquid level in Smoke generator system. If the fog liquid level is reached to the lowest level, add fog liquid to the highest level to ensure the work condition of the fog machine, = If the smoke generator system is error that cannot create the smoke. Try to re-connect the controller or ask for technical support to fix the issue as necessary. — Remote: Check to ensure that each remote-control work properly by pressing its buttons. If there any remote control does not work properly. Immediately contact the technical department for support — Visually check the slide raft and make sure that it is clean, inflated and in good condition before using, Dusts and contaminants on the surface can be removed with clean rag and diluted soap water of alcohol, Put the slide raft and safety cushions in its position after using, 5. Weekly maintenance — Vacuum and clean up the carpets and curtains 5.1.3, Monthly maintenance = Visually check the slide raft for = Any damage hole or scratch on the surface = Anydamage or tom on the safety net "Any leak at the inflation valve = Indicator light in active - Repair the hole or scratch that found on the surface of the slide raft = Repair or replace the damage or tom safety net = Repair or replace the inactive indicator ight = Clean and put the slide raft in its position after maintenance. 5.1.4, Quarterly maintenance ~ Visually check the placards that are peeling, pale or do not show clearly the content, need to replace by new products. = Plastic products (ceiling cladding, window cladding, cladding under luggage compartment, etc): © For dust, stains, smudges: Use alcohol, clean rag to remove. © Visually check for any damage or scratch on the surface of those plastic parts. ‘© Repair or replace if the damage or crack greater than 3m length, 1cm width, or Sem? area. Biannual maintenance = Bulkhead, lavatory clusters, front galley clusters, bare head assemblies, luggage storage clusters: © For dust, stains, smudges: Use alcohol, clean rag to remove, © Visually check for any damage or scratch on the surface of those parts/components. © Repair or replace if the damage or crack greater than 3cm length, 1cm width, or Scm? area = Checkall camera eye systems, recording systems, wires, software: (© If the sharpness of the camera is reduced. Use clean rag to remove the dust attached to the camera eye, Signal lines and electrical lines: replace the damage/broken wire or poor quality. Check the camera power supply: charger or replace as necessary. © Check the jack BNC + F5 connects of the camera: replace the damage or oxidized jacks as necessary. ‘© Cleaning inside and outside of the equipment to ensure their best condition = Check over all the interphone and speaker: ‘© Clean the speakers, the control center and the volume adjustment center with clean rag to.ensure their good condition. ‘© Signal lines system: check and replace the damage or broken line as necessary. - Check all buttons and operation of the remote controls: © Visually check the remote control for any damage or broken. © Replace the remote control be found with damage or broken and cannot work, © Check function of the remote control by pressing its buttons. If there any remote control does not work properly, contact the technical department for support. 5.2.Cabin fire fighting device maintenance manual 11 Daily maintenance or before/ after use = _ Visually overview and clean entire equipment after practice ~ Daily, before starting the smoke demonstration lesson: if the fog liquid level is reached to the lowest level, add fog liquid to the highest level to ensure the work condition of the fog machine. - Smoke Generator System: If the smoke generator system is error that cannot cteate the smoke. Try to re-connect the controller or ask for technical support to fix the issue as necessary. 5.2.2 Quarterly maintenance ~ Lighting: Visual check for dirty or any damage. Ifthe light bulb is broken, replace it. - Smoke equipment: Visual check for dirty or any damage. Clean the nozzle and add smoke generating solution if need. - Fire simulator at the red-light position: Visual check for dirty or any damage. Replace battery if the battery runs out, Page 4 of 6 Maintenance Procedure for Cabin crew Reference: AESC-TP0O1 Training Device/ Equipment Rev/Date: _01/Oct 2021 5.2.3 Biannual maintenance Clean dust net, radiator plate of air conditioner (Outdoor air conditioner on the roof of the cabin, Air conditioner in the cabin). = Check pipe of the air-connector. 5.2.4 Annual maintenance ~ Galley, Lavatory, Overhead stowage, Seat: Check the hinges, integrity of frames and shell for damage. Electric system: Check electrical cabinets, electrical components for leakage. 5.3, B787 SLIDE TRAINING DEVICE 5.3.1 Daily maintenance or before/ after use = Visually check the slide raft for ensure that it is clean, inflated and maintained within pressure range (2.52.7 psi) and in good condition before using = Check the connecting position between the slide and the frame of training device; the fixing positions of the safety net to make sure there is no damage before conducting the training. = Surface dust and dirt can be removed with a clean rag and diluted soapy water or alcohol = Put the Slide raft and the safety cushion in its place after maintenance. 5.3.2 Monthly maintenance ~ Visually check the slide raft for: = Any damage hole or scratch on the surface = Any damage or torn on the safety net "Any leak at the inflation valve = Indicator light in active = Repair the hole or scratch that found on the surface of the slide raft = Repair or replace the damage or tom safety net = Repair or replace the inactive indicator ight = Clean and put the slide raft in its position after maintenance, 5.4.£190 EMBRAER 5.4.1 Daily maintenance or before/after use = Visually check the slide raft for ensure that it is clean, inflated and maintained within pressure range (3,05,2 psi) and in good condition before using = Check the connecting position between the slide and the frame of training device; the fixing positions of the safety net to make sure there is no damage before conducting the training. = Surface dust and dirt can be removed with a clean rag and diluted soapy water or alcohol ~ Put the Slide raft and the safety cushion in its place after maintenance.
