Value Added Tax (VAT)
However, an individual (RC / RA / NRC) who has gross sales/receipts - 12%
and other non-operating income not exceeding the VAT threshold (which Capital Gains Tax
is currently pegged at PHP 3 million) may opt to be taxed either at:
● 8% tax on gross sales/receipts and other non-operating income Capital from the sale, exchange or other disposition of 6%
in excess of PHP 250,000 in lieu of the graduated income tax real property located in the Philippines classified as
capital asset
