TO ACHIEVE YOUR GOALS
1. Choose goals that inspire you- set goals that are personal to you and
will inspire you to reach new heights

2. Be proactive- This approach has to change if you want make things


happen

3. No more negativity- tell your self "you can do this and you can do
that.

4. Be balance- you are hooked and will do anything to get who you
want to be, but remember that you're also human and need rest

5. Get help- don't struggle alone

6. Visualized- and when do hit your target treat yourself, you deserve it.

Think progress, not perfection, allow yourself to grow in the process.


Make room for failure too. Just do your daily practice and cultivate a
kind heart. Bet on hard work. Abandon impatience. The results will
come down when they're ready. Remember, consistent small steps are
way better than just one big step with no further progress.

Small progress is still a progress Try to celebrate your small wins

I learn to focus and work hard and not give up. I learn that every
obstacle/challenges is really an opportunity.
