You are requested to visit TESTING TRACK BALUGHAT, ROURKELA. COME 45 MINUTES
BEFORE THE SCHEDULE TIME. CAPTURING BIOMETRICS

General Instructions to the Applicant:
* In case of failure in the first attempt of the driving test, the applicant is eligible to
appear for the second appearance only after a minimum period of seven days from
the date of first appearance with retest fee and appointment.
* In case of failure in the second attempt of the driving test, the applicant is eligible to
appear for the third appearance only after a minimum period of seven days from the
date of second appearance with retest fee and appointment.
* In case the applicant does not pass even after three appearances,he/she shall not be
qualified to re-appear for such test before the expiry of sixty days from the date of
last such test with retest fee and appointment.

* Person who passed a test in driving a motor cycle with gear shall deemed also to
have passed in a test in driving motor cycle without gear.
* The applicant should come prepared to stay for longer period during test in case of
system failure, bad weather or any other unavoidable situation.
* For attending driving skill test the applicant must bring the respective class of
vehicle.
* Vehicle with dual control will not be allowed.
* The applicant will not be allowed to the premises before 60 minutes of the allowed
slot time.
* The Applicant will be responsible for any injury to person, damage to vehicle, public
property or any accident during the test.
*The applicant must bring the printout of the Provisional Appointment slip to show at
DL test centre.
*The Applicant must carry valid original Photo ID card for verification of identify by
the officials.
