Price

The service is charged in daily-rate based on flowrate as stipulated by below table, calculated on the
20th of the month, as per TCO invoicing cycle, whereby in some cases standby rate will apply as
stipulated in term 7 and 8 of this Exhibit II.

Terms:
1. Rates are CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) wellsite location.
2. Rates exclude: PPN 10% and Includes: PPH 23 (2%)
3. Rates include mobilization and demobilization cost for all equipment and vendor’s personnel
4. Rates include all requirement stipulated in Exhibit II.
5. Generator set should be running for operations 24 (twenty four) hours per day and 7 (seven)
days per week
6. Delivery scheme will be partially as requested by Imeco
7. Standby charge calculation for Asset 3

When any of following root cause for shut off/pull out happens, then standby charge will apply.
