F.4-Sec.PMC-2021/House Job Induct/287 dated 31 st Mar, 2022.
“A House Officer must complete his/her House Job from the same Teaching Hospital
inducted in and shall not be permitted to transfer another teaching hospital”
6) I have not yet started house job in any Teaching Hospital of Punjab Province.
7) If I am found guilty later, the institution expels me from house job and has the right to
take legal action against me.

I am joining affiliated Hospitals of Rai Medical College for House job at my own risk in this Covid-19
Pandemic.
 I will not blame any other for adverse circumstances during Covid-19 period. In case of any
adverse state, the institution will not be claimed for any compensation.
 I will arrange my PPEs and other necessary protection kits etc. on my own.
 I will obey my duty roster and timing as per policy and rules prescribed by Rai Medical College,
Sargodha.
 One year house job is mandatory ( 6 months Surgery & Allied, 06 Medicine & Allied)
otherwise stipend and house job certificate will not be issued for said period.
 I will show my full concerns to my patient’s, peers, coworkers and institute.
 I will never be in any dispute with students, teachers and employees of the institute I shall
accept the judgment of the committee constituted by the principal for decision of
settlement of the wrong doers.
 I will maintain identity in this institute by wearing proper white coat to present myself as doctor
 I will learn and serve my department with full devotion in all rotations.
 I will not take part in any Association, union, political, ethnic or religious activities.
 I will not take part in any subversive activities i.e strikes, demonstrations, slogans, etc.
 I will be bound to abide by the rules regulation and orders issued by the College / hospitals
authorities. I have read the rules and regulations carefully.
 That if, I am found indulged in any such activities and violations of rules and regulation, my
house job will be liable to be terminated without assigning any notice.
