live shopping for 2 hours daily. The first week we do testing to
find the best traffic hours. After finding the best hours (19.00-

Initially, this brand only did live shopping when there were

GMV of 500 Mio IDR. One of our records within 4 hours of live
(one live session) is reaching 33 Mio IDR.

working with this brand since the end of last year's period. At
first, we only did 2 hours of daily live shopping. In early 2023, the
brand gained momentum from a TikTok video that entered FYP.
Live performance itself increased significantly. Then, at the
beginning of Q2, these brands worked together to launch a
collaborative product with one of the food reviewers. As a
result, accompanied by an increase in live duration to more than
8 hours daily, the total GMV generated exceeds 600 Mio IDR.

category. We are working together from 2021 on TikTok Content
Management. Starting in 2022, the live shopping feature can start to
be optimized. At the beginning, there were several obstacles related
to this product, namely the relatively high price and the weight of the
product which led to high shipping costs. However, with the help of
several factors, such as TikTok subsidies, ads, campaigns involving
Brand Ambassadors, as well as massive live shopping (18 hours daily)
the GMV that this brand generates is consistently above 1 Bio IDR.

This brand is included as the top product in the hair dye category. We are
working with this brand at the end of May 2023 (official launch). The
composition of 2 daily content and 9 hours daily live session is the
foundation. One of the obstacles is the existence of non-official resellers
who already exist on TikTok and sell products at lower prices. In July, we
took steps to collaborate with TikTok and get subsidies for products. Apart
from that, we are also holding a campaign to increase reviews on the TikTok
Shop. As a result, the performance in the last 2 weeks has improved a lot.
Live with the use of OBS has also been shown to increase CTR which results
in an increase in C_O.

This brand is included as the top product in the helmet category. At this brand,
we collaborate with the inhouse team to do live shopping. In the first month,
we did 2 hours of daily live shopping. Apparently, organically, the resulting
GMV is quite good. In the second month, there was an increase in the hours of
live shopping that were handed over to us, which is around 4 hours daily,
combined with 6 hours daily by the inhouse team. As it turned out, there was a
30 percent increase in total GMV with us accounting for over 60 percent of
total GMV.
RECENT STUDY CASE
This brand started working with us in early June. This
collaboration includes 60 TikTok Content Videos and 9
Hours Daily Live Session. In the first 2 weeks, we held
Live Sessions at 09.00-12.00, 12.30-15.30 and 21.00-
00.00. After data collection, we set a new schedule,
which is 11.00-14.00, 17.00-20.00, and 21.00-00.00. In
the third week, we start implementing the OBS System.

In the initial period, most of the live sessions have no sales.

This can be caused by several factors, such as:


1. The process of finding prime time hours.
2. Still a new account.
3. Haven't implemented ads yet.

After a few weeks, we started to analyze the best hours for live, ad
management, visual improvements through the OBS System. Through this
combination, sales are getting better between 20 USD - 100 USD per live
session (3 hours).

The results of live shopping in the second month are shown above.
From the data above, the number of products sold has almost increased
by more than 900%. This is supported by an increase in Livestream CTR
values ​of 30%, Live CTO of 185%, and Live RPM of more than 400%.
