FLORENCONDIA AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 05 ~ 09 SERIES OF 2005 ENTITLED “AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE PRODUCTION, DISPOSITION AND USE OF SALT IN THE CITY OF PARANAQUE, IMPOSING’A PENALTY FOR ANY VIOLATION THEREOF AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES, BY REVISING PENAL PROVISION WHEREAS, Republic Act 8172 An Act Promoting Salt Ioization Nationwide and for ‘Related Purposes (1985) Universal Salt lodized (USI) target 905 of household using adequately jodized salt by 2016. NOW, THEREFORE: BE ORDAINED, AS IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session duly assembled that: SECTION 1.
