Instructions for Parents:
 Teachers support is available during school hours 8:00am to 1:00pm to discuss
queries about learning packs through Class Dojo and emails.
 Teacher’s responses and feedback for the work will be received within a day.
 Parents is requested to encourage and support their child/children’s work. It
includes offering assistance in finding an appropriate place to work and checking
(where possible) that work has been completed.
 Completed work can be sent to the teachers through screen shot/picture on Class
Dojo or through email. You can also use the app, CamScanner (details included in the
e-learning – information pack).
 If your child is taking Islamic Studies Native and Arabic Native then please see the
activities for Native only.
 If your child is taking Islamic Studies Non - Native and Arabic non–Native then please
see the activities for non-Native only.
 YLE Examination: Week 2 onwards students appearing in YLE exam will have Zoom
sessions with the teacher. Responsible teacher will send the study material through
email.
 Checkpoint Examination: In week 1, students will solve the practice paper and do
self-marking (marking key is provided with the papers). After solving and marking the
practice paper students will have a Zoom session with the teacher to clear their
doubts.
