Visitor Visa Checklist

Documents required from Invitee –Visiting family or friends: Then provide following details:-

1. Notarized Invitation letter from invitee

2. Copy of PR/Citizen card, SIN card, etc for PR Holder
3. Copy of Study Permit/Work Permit, SIN card, etc for Study/Work Permit Holder
4. Copy of passport of the invitee
5. Experience certificate & salary slips of the invitee
6. Income tax returns for the last two year of the invitee (If Applicable)
7. Bank statements of the invitee (Past 3-4 Months)
8. Any education document showing parents name as relation proof (If inviting his/her
parents)
9. If visiting family, proof of relationship with the inviter in Canada (examples: copy of
birth certificate, copy of marriage certificate for spouse, etc).

Applicant’s documents from India -

1. Photocopy of passports (If travel history then provide visa or travel stems)
2. One photograph of each applicant
3. Copies of farads & registries of the properties in the name of applicant (along with
English translation)
4. Copies of valuation of properties of the applicant
5. Saving bank account statements (Past 6 Months) & fixed deposit receipts of the applicant
6. Bank Balance Certificates of each account
8. Net Worth statement of the applicant from CA
9. (For Salaried Person) :-Experience proofs of the applicant& Leave sanction Letter
A signed original letter on company letter-head from your employer, granting the leave
of absence. This letter must include the following information:
• Your name and position;
• Your current salary;
• Your date of hire;
• Your employer’s name, address and telephone number
10. (For Business Person):- a. Business Registration proofs of the applicant
b. Balance Sheets of the business for the past 2-3 Years
c. Current Account statement

10. Income tax returns of the applicants for the past 2-3 Years
11. Copies of highest level education documents of the applicant
12. Copies of Ration card, Aadhaar card & Voter ID card of the applicant
