I am currently practicing jogging and cycling in my leisure time.

It improves my overall health by increasing my cardiovascular and muscular endurance as well as

body leanness. It keeps me active and in shape.

Because I have grown a passion towards it and how they benefit me mentally and physically.

Doing these activities help with my anxiety because they reduce my stress and clears my head
